Your scheduled payment was not processed ??

I got an email this morning from setup@pivotalpayments.com stating "Your scheduled payment was not processed." the email does not state what the issue was and what steps to take to resolve this. Can the support team look into this and let me know what needs to be done. It's for http://aau.vanillaforums.com - hope this doesn't cause any interruptions in our account as we are testing the forum on our site currently. Please advise. Thank you!

    Unfortunately we don't accept American Express, hence the error with your payment. If you update your credit card information with either Visa or Mastercard, we'll be able to process it again (and in the future) with no problem.
