How can I add sites / multiple forums to account?
forum1.vanillaforums.com, forum2.vanillaforums.com, etc

And what is the respective pricing for each additional site using the small group plan?

"Account Summary" screen under "Sites & Pricing" states "Below you will find a list of all of your sites on Vanilla Forums" ...

Yes, just enter the same username, email, and password when signing up for the additional account(s).
