Car Talk Community loose ends
Hi -
Things have settled down in general with respect to the Car Talk discussion board and the migration to SSO. I have a handful of users who are continuing to have problems with sign on. What's the best way to go about troubleshooting these individually? I have tried to recommend the traditional remedies, but the troubles persist. Should I pass on the usernames?

It may help us if you can get us their cartalk.com user information (ID, email, name), but I'm not sure if that's possible.
