Billing Problem

I was making a change to my forum and clicked on my account and it says there is an overdue invoice for March. I clicked to update the credit card on file and it has been changed to an expired date, not by me. I checked with the bank and I was charged in March. I DO NOT WANT THE FORUM TO DISAPPEAR. Please advise. I was unable to locate a number to call to fix this.

Hi Lori,

I checked our payment processing system and yes, your March charge did go through successfully. It seems there was just a glitch with that charge successfully updating on your account page. We'll get that fixed, and rest assured, your forum service won't be interrupted.
