So finally have this thing working, now the issues are with SSO in Wordpress.
A few questions...
When I log in to Wordpress, it doesn't log me in to the forums. Is there any way to be logged into the forum when I log into Wordpress?
A problem we're having is when the login popup is presented, we log in with our Wordpress stuff, and the whole site reloads into the login popup window. Any way to keep this all in one window?
What about using an overlay (e.g. Lightbox, Buttbox whatever is cool this week) instead of a popup?

SSO has changed, it looks like it was worked on, but we get this error:
Provider not found.
The page you were looking for could not be found.
That's coming up on the JSConnect main page.

We're leaning towards abandoning Vanilla forums. After all this time and the core functionality doesn't work. Everyone else claims it works, but it doesn't for us. Support has been abysmal -- it's been over a month since this thread was touched and the ball was left in Vanilla's court. Mark said above "I'll be sure to post back here when we've pushed all of our fixes and tested them on your forum." and I guess that never happened?
I just visited your forum, and I was redirected to a page on your site that didn't contain any content. It looks like your embed page in wordpress is just empty, so the forum isn't showing up. I can't do any further debugging until that is fixed on the WordPress side. I'd be happy to debug the SSO issues for you if you can either fix that page or point me in the direction of another page where you're embedding Vanilla.
I can't find real instructions. I have a paid account (hosted but if this as hard as it looks I am out.
I am fairly adept but I need a step1 step 2 step 3 ect. instruction.
We've automated SSO setup with some common systems like Facebook, Twitter, personal WordPress sites, and Google. If you need help with any of those, let us know.
I have the 49 per month package is that enough for SSO
