Custom Theme box blank?

I have just noticed our custom theme editor isn't being displayed in the Dashboard and some of our original styling has changed on our Forum and looks messed up.

Howdy James, looks like you had a weird glitch where no theme was set. I fixed it and restored your custom theme settings.
