You're running into a couple of problems. First of all, you're using a custom theme that we are no longer supporting. We never actually officially released that theme, and it was shown on your forum by accident, allowing you to turn it on. By the time we realized the mistake, you were already happily using it, so we let you continue to do so. The problem now is that we are not continuing development on that theme, so as we make upgrades to the core product, your theme is starting to display visual glitches.
The second problem is that you're using a custom chat module (not built or recommended by us) that we do not support. From your screenshot, it looks like this chat module is what's causing the problems this time, and it looks like you should be able to fix it with some css definitions where you added it to your site. Since this is a module that you added, it is beyond the scope of what we support at your plan level. I've spoken to our sales department, and they are going to be in touch with you about how we can help you out.
