Community password

Hello,

We are going to be granting access to the community to those who buy the Tracy Anderson Method DVDs in stores this summer. I was wondering how we can set up a general password that we can include to give them access without having their email address in our system? We currently give the password "Community" to those who buy via QVC, but I believe we have their email addresses. Can we set up another password that will be accepted with any email address, then prompts them to set a password?

Howdy Jessica, unfortunately that's not a feature we currently offer. You'd need to manually create accounts with their email address. If you'd like to have that feature created as a customization, you can email sales@vanillaforums.com for a quote.
