password reset?
Hi there,
I have a user (WesternRoadtripper) who was previously using the "Remember Password" function on his Mac, but the passwords were wiped out. He attempted to log back into the Car Talk Community under this name, but it prompted him to fill in the password for another account (Roadtripper2) that was under another e-mail address. Anyway, I deleted Roadtripper2 because the user didn't want it. I then updated the WesternRoadtripper profile to include his appropriate e-mail address. Then I checked the "reset password and e-mail the user" box, and just to be safe I clicked "reveal password" so I could send it along to him. He never received the e-mails (I attempted twice) and the revealed passwords didn't work either; he received a message saying the login was invalid.
Any ideas? If you need additional info, I will gladly get it for you.
