Messages not showing up

The messages we have on the right side of our page are not showing up. I haven't changed anything in the messages settings.

I deleted the code and re-entered it. Looks like it is fixed now.

I noticed on my forum other Forum Administrators cannot post these types of messages...the navigation item isn't even there?

You can change the settings on your Dashboard > Roles & Permissions > Forum Admin > Edit > Messages, check "Manage"
