HELP_- How do I recieve help with or complain of glitches

I started my website yesterday and I am having a ton of techincal problems!!! HELP. For example my users cannot even post comments or discussions as the opition isnt there on the web but is there on teh MOBILESITE? Can anyone help

Hi @ashaffier, you removed a critical element from your Custom Theme HTML:

<div class="Column ContentColumn" id="Content">{asset name="Content"}</div>

That's the placeholder for the main content on your site. I've put it back in your theme so your site is working again now.

We're adding additional checks to the Custom Theme option to prevent clients from removing that important element in the future.

Thank you. I am still having problems with making use of the Categories drop down, users are unable to highlight or click a category once they make a discussion

Is there a way I can allow users to create a Bio for thier profiles?

I am also having trouble reconfiguring this information below:

"Category Management

You are currently viewing all categories.

Only show followed categories"

There is no way for my users to follow a Category currently and so this becomes distracting??

On the Categories page in the Dashboard, you checked "Display root categories as headings." which means your first-level categories cannot be posted in directly. Since you had no second-level categories, that made categories stop working. I've unchecked this box for you, so it should be fine now.

Categories are all 'followed' by default. You can 'unfollow' them from the All Categories page: http://bisonhelpingbison.com/categories (the gear icon next to each category).
