Customizing Theme Hosted by Vanilla
Hello. We are currently paying the $50/mo plan and Vanilla is hosting our forums. However, we need to do some heavy customization to the theme (including some CSS that we cannot figure out without the source). Do you recommend we host the forum on our end - assuming that's an option - or can I speak with a pro on your staff that will help modify the theme in detail? Thanks!

You can customize the HTML and the CSS of a hosted forum if you subscribe to the Advanced plan. Or, our services team can provide you with an estimate to create a custom theme. Please note that we can only do services on hosted forums. If you're interested, please send an email with some information about your requirements to sales@vanillaforums.com .
