How long does it usually take for support to respond?

I am locked out of my forum and am the only administrator. No one can log in but I have no idea why... I have logged a query but am just wondering how long it takes to get a response as my forum is now shut which obviously isn't a good thing :(

Hi @Admin looks like you've turned on some conflicting settings that had your login page going in an infinite redirect.

You should be able to log in now.

Please let us know if you need any advice on setting up SSO or embedding the forum.

:( it's still not working. It just comes up with this message now: ERROR: Web page has no content. Ensure web page and its template have content.

Hi @Admin, I'm not able to find where that error is occurring.

I've disabled the "force redirect" embed option so you can log in to your forum directly again: http://icethecake.vanillaforums.com/entry/signin
