migrating from a basic account (20usd) to a small group account (50usd) - how do?

i know i am 'that guy' who'se sent in a support email and left a message but we were hoping we could get things rolling this morning.

im trying to upgrade and migrate my basic plan forum to the new low payment tier, but see no options to do so.

is this possible? if not, why not?

Hi @MKingery, your battlebears is on our old infrastructure so we'll have to move it to do the upgrade. This will involve some downtime. Your theme will also look slightly different after the switch.

Let me know if you want to proceed and I'll take your forum down for the move.

yeah, take it down and understand the theming issue, primarily concerned with keeping old posts and all user accounts. everything else is bonus!
