Charged after Cancellation

Hi Team,
I cancelled my Vanilla forums subscription last week. While I think you have a great product, the users on my site weren't using the forums, and so paying a monthly subscription didn't make sense. When I cancelled my subscription, my forum was deleted. My account page shows I have no forum, no subscription, and yet I was charged my monthly fee two days ago. I'm hoping this was just a bookkeeping glitch and you'll be able to issue a refund. Thank you.
