How can I modify Terms of Service?

Hi,

For the purposes of our community, we need to add some specific edits to our Terms of Service. How can I do this?

Also, I noticed that when creating an account the person needs to agree to the terms of service, but has to be logged in to view them. Maybe that is because our community is set to private right now?

I made the forum "Public" and now users can see the ToS before they register, but we still need to add in some specifics relative to our company.
