Adding/Changing Contact for Invoice Emails

Hello,

How can I add to or change users that receive the monthly billing notification emails?

It seems like all of our users only exist on ourcompany.vanillaforums.com but the billing options are on vanillaforums.com itself. I created a user on vanillaforums.com but cannot "add" them to our local vanillaforums.

  • Hi Mike, this site is separate from your site, so there's no way to move users between them. We can edit your billing information or transfer it to another user account if you're having trouble. You can post the changes here, or send them to support@vanillaforums.com
