I switched my main site to a new hosting plan and it's caused my forum to disappear. I can't access it at all to even begin figuring out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

For the time being, I have disabled Auto Domain Switch. This means that your forum will be accessible from its basic address of hilahcooking.vanillaforums.com until you are able to rectify the DNS issue with your custom domain.

The DNS entry should be defined as a CNAME Record for 'hilahcooking.vanillaforums.com' or an A Record for '67.23.4.155'. The CNAME is preferred.
  • Okay, great. Thanks!
