Can't find a way to assign custom badges

Hi there. I'm at achaea.vanillaforums.com. I'm using an administrator account with every checkbox clicked, and I still can't see anywhere to assign custom badges.

Howdy, there was a permissions glitch on your site. I've fixed it, so you should now see checkboxes for those abilities while editing roles.
