Cannot edit with WYSIWYG

I am trying to edit a post of mine, and get a huge jumble of HTML and no WYSIWYG. The forum has been running really slowly too, and I see the status says that you're aware of this.

Is my editing issue due to this?

It's possible a Javascript file did not load correctly for you. Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page. We've had a few server issues this week that we're working hard to correct.
