No forum set up
Hi, I tried to set up a forum and registered a credit card but got an error message saying there was a technical problem. I tried to set up the forum again and got an message saying the name is in use ("nailideas"). I now appear to have no forum but you have my billing information! This isn't a great start so please advise how this issue can be resolved.

I apologize for the "not great start". There was a problem with a pair of servers this morning and I believe it caused your signup to fail. I'll be rebuilding your forum manually today and I should have you up and running in no time.
