Hello, some members have said that they are having trouble logging in (by username/password input) - system would not accept their credentials. Can you please take a look?

Passwords are case-sensitive and so must be entered exactly. We can't tell what the passwords are supposed to be because we encrypt them on our end for security so it's difficult to compare what the user entered with the actual password.
Using the normal (desktop) theme, the error did not materialize and I was able to sign in normally.
The following users have tried to reset their password, but did not receive the appropriate message that was supposed to be sent to their registered email addresses.
I have checked that their mailboxes are active and don't bounce.
I have a suspicion the Request to Change Password form may not be working properly.

Comment: this user also reported that the reset password command "did not work".
I'll continue to investigate the reset password-related reports. When you say the password reset "did not work" could you elaborate? Is there no confirmations message, or is the email simply not arriving? If they get a confirmation message on the webpage but no email comes, it could be the email is being marked as spam. This is a common problem for any web app.
Some have told me discreetly the passwords that they use. Would it be useful if I give you their ID and passwords so you can check what the problem might be?
If users are unable to reset their password, you can manually reset it for them by going to their profile and clicking "Edit Account".
