Web Developer
We are an open-source development shop that is constantly improving and revising our products. It is very common to take new code (written by yourself, or compiled from the contributions of developers around the world) from development to production in the same day.
We need a flexible developer to help with everything from graphic design, to OOP programming of our core offerings, to working with our community to get their code integrated, and questions answered in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements
- XHTML & CSS experience. Theming/templating experience a bonus.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience programming PHP. Must be proficient with the latest versions of PHP and object-oriented programming in PHP.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience with MySQL, and experience optimizing mysql queries and databases.
- Linux server administration.
- Experience working on cloud environments.
- Extreme patience, ability to listen, a sense of humor and a controlled tenacity for delivering on time.
- MUST work well with others!
- Experience developing on our platform is a BIG bonus.

Sales & Marketing Analyst/Guru
We're looking for a seasoned sales and marketing analyst that has a passion for turning data about customers and prospects into revenue opportunities. Experience with website analytics and marketing databases are a must, as is experience in tracking and reporting via SalesForce.com.
The person we hire will be responsible for the direct growth of our organization by building value by spotting trends and relationships in the data, and providing recommendations on how we collect, organize, analyze and use our marketing and sales data on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
- Ongoing Database Management of client records in SalesForce.com (SFDC) handling day-to-day clean-up and constant maintenance of SFDC record keeping while putting out fires as they arise.
- Track and Organize all website analytics data and make recommendations on potential revenue opportunities.
- Build, Maintain and Improve custom reporting formats and data to track performance goals such as ROI and Cost Per Lead metrics for ongoing marketing use.
- Provide ongoing ROI Analysis of all marketing and sales activities.
- Provide Daily Support and training when needed to help clarify new and existing implementations of Vanilla products and services.
- Maintaining a tight project schedule to ensure that goals and objectives are being met.
- Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships, between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability and integrate market research data into our overall marketing plan.
- Make ongoing recommendations for improvement in how we target our overall audience and manage our existing client data.
- Identify Trends for projects to avoid costly resource drains and budget overruns.
- Assist in general Marketing efforts where needed.

Requirements
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in web analytics and ROI tracking and reporting using Google (or other) Analytics tools.
- One of more years of experience analyzing data in the company's salesforce.com CRM system.
- Extreme patience, ability to listen, a sense of humor and a controlled tenacity for delivering results for the customer is a must.
- Knowledge of "Software as a Service" in a web environment.
- Strong analytical skill set to decipher trends, communicate needs and offer recommendations for improvement in targeting efforts.
- Charismatic presentation skills.
- Expert in the use of Microsoft Excel to continually monitor project status and provide expert reporting for ongoing deliverables.
- SalesForce.com proficiency is a must, including ability to do custom reporting, custom form generation and creating formulas.
- Google Analytics (or other web analytics tools) proficiency a must.
