Position: Inside Sales

This is a great opportunity for you to join a growing Web startup with a fun product and some great customers.

You must be comfortable answering questions about software via phone and email to potential customers and generating opportunities with both technical and non technical people. You understand that a high activity level will lead to success and you understand how to split your time between prospecting and following up on existing opportunities. You are web savvy and extremely customer service oriented. You must also be very comfortable with the web, CRM tools and social media. Above all, you need to be a curious and passionate Internet user who is always up on the latest trends.

Duties:

Respond to inbound inquiries (mostly by email) and help prospects through the purchase process
Prospect via email
Augment lead records with relevant self-generated research
Diligently input activity in CRM system
Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitor products
Create presentations, proposals, SOW, quotes, contracts and invoices quickly and efficiently
Book and conduct meetings primarily using online meeting technology

Requirements:

High energy and relentless
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full or part-time experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy
University degree preferred

Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Vanilla is looking for an exceptional marketer that excels in fast-paced environments and who will build out inbound and paid marketing programs to generate more leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Demand generation
Build demand genration campaigns usung blogging, SEO, landing pages, email makreting
Write blog articles, sales collateral, product videos
Develop relationships with key customers and develop case studies
Promote Vanilla on social media
Improve performance of marketing campaigns through measurement and iteration

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mail Chimp, Adwords, etc.
SEO, PPC
Basic CSS/HTML
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Analytical and able to crunch numbers
Creative, able to work with a small budget
Previous experience with a B2B web or software company
Above all, you must be able to be self-sufficient and be successful with very little direction or support resources.
