If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up your credit card will not be billed. You can cancel your account at any time by simply clicking on the "My Account" button in your dashboard (when you're logged in).

Yes, you can upgrade from the Starter plan to the Advanced plan and vice versa
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The one caveat is that if you are downgrading, you may need to contact us to assist in the transition of removing features from your account.
Vanilla is a month-to-month service. Unless otherwise agreed, there is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again.

Vanilla's servers are hosted with one of the world's best and most popular providers. Our system is designed to scale and handle immense amounts of traffic. We do regular backups of all your data.
