New Vanilla Knowledge solution places community wisdom at the center of the self-service customer experience.

The Vanilla Knowledge addon approaches knowledge bases with two types of content. Guides for instructional manuals and Help Centers for a collection of standalone articles. What differentiates it from other solutions in the market, is that it empowers organizations to leverage their existing online community content with the ability to curate knowledge base articles directly from user generated discussions with the click of a button.
