Community managers are often monitoring several social channels including community forums. With this integration, Vanilla Forums and Hootsuite customers will be able to monitor discussions from their Vanilla communities within the Hootsuite dashboard. Customers will be able to engage with the community, assign posts to team members, and create additional category or keyword-based streams directly in the Hootsuite dashboard.
